Short Stay Houses is a WordPress multisite SaaS platform enabling UK holiday let owners to create their own direct booking websites, avoiding 15-20% commission fees from platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. Features include booking management, Stripe Connect payment processing, guest portals with ID verification, iCal synchronisation, dynamic pricing, customisable themes, an AI assistant, and a tiered subscription model with revenue-based commission options. This website is still in development.

Shifters is an automated betting platform featuring Telegram feed integration. The system parses incoming Telegram signals, filters results based on client-specific criteria, and automatically places bets through integrated bookmaker APIs. Includes a comprehensive admin interface for managing filters, monitoring activity, and tracking performance.

A multi-tenant membership platform for UK sports clubs. Clubs take card payments, automate renewals with flexible charge windows, manage members, run a shop and collect donations. Built in vanilla PHP and MySQL with Stripe Connect, it handles onboarding, GDPR-compliant data, consent logging and automated email reminders end to end.

With various regional organisers, includes intelligent duplicate detection, distance and location filtering, and an admin system for data verification and source management. Currently serving over 1,000+ active users in it's early lifespan.

Morpeth Harriers had a very outdated and limited website offering little to no value to it's members. The new website is built on a custom PHP platform written from scratch with club committee in mind- it's easy to update, better organised with all the information about the club in a proper home. The site features a live API from Race Calendar so it always has current road roads displayed and the membership process is fully digitised meaning the club no longer has the admin heavy task of renewals each calendar year. The project involved developing a bot that identifies trends within Betfair markets and executes automated betting based on configurable parameters. Customers pay per report, and each report delivers community based data from over 6000 data points along with AI-generated analysis of a vehicle's MOT history, known model faults, service costs, and buying risks, helping private buyers make informed decisions before purchasing a used car. Reports are delivered digitally via the website and email. Built from the ground by Ryan, this was a challenging project using various API data sources, AI integration and payment gateways.
